Alba Cooperativa Sociale is certified in accordance with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard relating to “Planning and supplying nursing and social care services in public and private facilities”.

This underlines the cooperative's commitment to the continuous improvement of the services offered and to increasing the level of stakeholder satisfaction. Alba Cooperativa Sociale's Quality Policy envisages that the cooperative's objectives are achieved through the ethical value of quality, meaning promoting a culture of quality and client care as well as of staff development.

Compliance with the Quality System means adhering to a business system project which, in the case of a social cooperative, provides an assurance and a guarantee regarding the management of people care services. It also ensures transparency and safety for the end user, and stimulates the pursuit of continuous improvement with suppliers and partners.
